A big step has been distinguished forward in our mission to make Onchain’s governance more adaptive, accessible, and powerful for all organizations. Through the main promotions of the Aragon application, the processing of the new series, and the improvements to the user experience, we continue to lay the foundation for the future of decentralization, which corresponds to the needs of societies.
At the heart of this month’s updates, there is a commitment to flexibility. Institutions can now create and develop governance flows on their own terms, connect the current infrastructure more easily, and launch them with trademark cleaning experiences, all without writing one line of code.
Open governance with any EVM address
One of the most exciting updates this month is the ability to use any address compatible with EVM as a ruling body within the Aragon application. Whether it is a multi -safe, Openzepelin, or external DAO, institutions can now connect the current infrastructure and set strong roles, such as cassation rights or proposal approvals – different platforms.
This not only allows granular and safe governance settings, but it makes the Aragon user interface more operating with the broader ecosystem.
Previously, the ruling bodies were limited to OSX additions. Now, any EVM address can be fully combined and visually represented in the front of your organization. It is a significant transformation towards the cost and the exemplary across the stack.

New chains: PEAQ and Cello
We continued our multiple expansion by launching support for PEQ and Celo and optimism. CELO, which focuses on making Defi available via Mobile, now supports Aragon OSX and a value of value tools for value. PEQ, a layer -1 layer that operates the automatic economy and the DePin, has also integrated our standard heap pile. The Aragon application now supports major progress in the form: the ability to current governance operations to create completely new operations without the need to republish or reset. This change opens real adaptable governance. Organizations can develop their governance structures with their growth, without technical or operational expenses to start from zero point.
Tips, tricks and improvements
Governance designer now supports two types of design flows. For the most advanced users, the full facility allows the advantage to form all kinds of proposals, stages and roles. For the simplest settings, the new “basic” flow allows users to spread the additional components of independent governance – such as Multisigs or symbolic vote, without the need for a phased proposal processor. It is governance in your Terb, designed to grow with you.
We have also made it easy to bring your existing symbols. When creating a new governance process, you can now import the distinctive symbols of governance directly in the application, and overcome the need to publish a new process.
For those who call Ethereum Mainnet, do not forget to choose custom dao.eth ENS sub -range during preparation. This is not displayed directly in the URL of your Aragon application, but it also gives Org to verify, readable, shared and safe.
The brand also got a big boost. You can now set custom heads on your dashboard that reflects your ORG look. With fully supporting the road confidence, the entire experience will be completely on the brand. For Orgs that you want to get a fully custom user interface, customized Aragon construction services are available, just communicate.
What will come after that
Soon, OSX smart contracts will be upgraded directly through Aragon App UI. Legacy Daos will be able to reach the latest features, including governance designer, with no developed intervention.
This will complete a major landmark: enabling each DAO based on Aragon to reach the full force of normative non -symbol governance. It is a big step towards uniting old structures with governance standards today.
