President-elect Donald Trump brought the news he announces on his social media platform Truth Hines as the latest addition to his newly formed Crypto Council, which Trump describes as an “advisory group made up of crypto industry luminaries.”
Hines is a law student and former college football player who played for the NC State Wolfpack and Yale Bulldogs. After retiring from American football in 2017, the Republican moved into politics in 2021.

Trump wastes no time putting together his glowing crypto advice. He recently announced that the chairmanship would be taken over by the “AI and crypto czar”. David Sacks.
